Wildlife Victoria reports receiving almost 1,000 calls over the weekend about animals caught in flooding. The organisation is providing emergency financial support to flood-affected wildlife
volunteers. The public are advised not to approach distressed animals on their own and instead contact their local wildlife rescue group
